Both bedrooms share a newly renovated bathroom, complete with a relaxing soaker tub, brand-new tile, and modern finishes—perfect for unwinding after a long day of skiing or hiking. The larger bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed and showcases fresh, stylish updates. The spacious kitchen serves as a social hub for cooking and is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Step outside to the gated backyard, where you'll find a peaceful sitting area to soak up the sunshine. The space includes a fire pit, dining area, grill, and a hot tub. We now have a geodome allowing you to enjoy the outdoors even during the colder months. Smoking is allowed in the dome. A full-time tenant lives downstairs with their dog and has a separate entrance. You will have complete privacy during your stay. The backyard and amenities are not shared. We are 420-friendly—you may consume and vape indoors, but please, no smoking of any kind inside. You will be charged a $400 fee if caught smoking indoors. Enjoy a complimentary trip to the Denver Botanic Gardens on us! Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, depending on our schedule. When we’re able to accommodate, these options are offered for an additional hourly fee. Neighborhood

Regis, a rectangular neighborhood that covers the city’s northwesternmost corner, jumped back on this list (last appearance: 2020) with 18.75 percent growth in average home sale prices over the past year. Young professionals and families have flocked to the area as it remains within city limits but is considerably cheaper than Berkeley, its popular neighbor to the south. While there are no Denver Public Schools within Regis’ borders, the area does share its name with Regis University, a private Jesuit institution with lovely grounds. The area is perhaps best known for the beautiful, public Willis Case Golf Course. It’s slim pickings when it comes to retail around these parts, but there are a handful of enjoyable neighborhood eateries and adjacent neighborhoods have plenty to share. Eat and Drink Pastel-hued N.O.S.H. is one highlight here, with a menu of pastries (the coffee cake is a standout) and breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Another is Dubbel Dutch, which has been slinging sandwiches, salads, coffee, and Dutch groceries since 2003. Woman-owned Goldspot Brewing Company taps new beers every couple of weeks. Expect to find classic varieties as well as funky collabs and unique spins like a pineapple hazy IPA. Get Outside Willis Case is a favorite among golfers for its mountain views—particularly off the first tee—and the variability of each hole, making it more challenging than other city courses. Catch sunset from a perch at Inspiration Point Park, which was founded in 1910 but recently underwent renovations. Or, if you like hitting the pedals, roll along Clear Creek Trail, which weaves across Regis’ northwest edge. The 20-mile path stretches from Golden to Commerce City.

Guest will have full access to the upper level of this two story home including total privacy of the backyard and hot tub during your stay. There is a tenant in the lower level that have their own entrance at the back of the house.

I can honestly say that this was one of my best stays ever. The place was comfortable, cozy, and full of great design touches. The hot tub and igloo out back were well kept, clean, and easy to operate and access. Despite seeming like a more suburban spot it had great access to the city and to yummy local neighborhood spots. I highly recommend Sam’s place!

We had a fantastic stay at Sam’s place in Denver. The home was comfortable, stylish, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the backyard, the fireplace, and the great kitchen — it made the whole stay feel easy and relaxing. Sam was a great host, and we’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Sam’s house was extremely warm, inviting, and full of character. The design of the rooms and kitchen was beautiful and really stood out. The hot tub was a great bonus, and the outdoor space was just as amazing, perfect for relaxing or even getting some homework done. Overall, this was a 10/10 stay and I would absolutely recommend it!

By far our favorite place to stay on our recent trip! The house and back yard are amazing. Sam is incredibly attentive and helpful as well. Would definitely stay again!
