I can honestly say that this was one of my best stays ever. The place was comfortable, cozy, and full of great design touches. The hot tub and igloo out back were well kept, clean, and easy to operate and access. Despite seeming like a more suburban spot it had great access to the city and to yummy local neighborhood spots. I highly recommend Sam’s place!

This place has lots of light in all the rooms and is roomy. It is easy to find, in a great neighborhood and has several good restaurants a block away. There is also a comfortable coffee shop a block away. There is easy parking available on the street, right in front of the house. Everything in the house is clean and there is everything you need. I would definitely book again!

We had a fantastic stay at Sam’s place in Denver. The home was comfortable, stylish, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the backyard, the fireplace, and the great kitchen — it made the whole stay feel easy and relaxing. Sam was a great host, and we’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

This location was perfect for us. Great coffee shops nearby. We particularly liked the Neon Coffee shop. The place was spacious and comfortable. It was on a residential street but just a block away from restaurants and shops. I was able to use the offer of botanical garden tickets, and it was SO LOVELY. I would highly recommend this stay.

Sam’s house was extremely warm, inviting, and full of character. The design of the rooms and kitchen was beautiful and really stood out. The hot tub was a great bonus, and the outdoor space was just as amazing, perfect for relaxing or even getting some homework done. Overall, this was a 10/10 stay and I would absolutely recommend it!

Steve and his team were great! They were generous and let me check in a couple of mins early. The home was very cozy and fun to have a good chill 420 in. They did allow me to participate in some cannabis activities in the garage with the acceptation of keeping it clean and airing it out. Absolutely no smoking in the house. Steve’s rules were simple and straight to the point. The home was in a safe area around a tons of dispensaries, restaurants, grocery stores, and clothing stores. This place was not far from downtown or red rock amphitheater. Steve’s places was very convenient for me to be close to see wiz Khalifa, Snoop Dogg, and more at red rock amphitheater. If you are looking for a cool place to stay and relax that’s clean and affordable for the price, check out Steve’s place. I will be coming back to book again the next time I’m in Denver for sure! Thank You Guys again! My vacation was amazing!

By far our favorite place to stay on our recent trip! The house and back yard are amazing. Sam is incredibly attentive and helpful as well. Would definitely stay again!

Steve's property was amazing. bedrooms were nice, home was properly decorated. Back yard, and theater room were excellent perks. neighborhood was quiet.... street parking was abundant. this will be on my permanent, Denver retreat.

I took advantage of the offer of tickets to the Denver Botanical Gardens, and am so glad I did. It was a perfect day spent with family, and the gardens were spectacular. I highly recommend it.

Perfect place to stay for our trip to Denver. The house was in a nice area that was walkable to a lot of restaurants. It was quiet and had plenty of street parking right in front of the house. The house itself was a great space to come back and relax in. We liked being able to make a few meals in the kitchen with the provided pots/pans/etc. The hosts provided clear instructions and great recommendations of things to do in the area. Would absolutely stay here again if we are back in Denver.
