UPDATE: We have made many updates and repairs, including updated staffing after reviewing previous guest reviews and concerns. Guest satisfaction is our #1 priority. From the front entrance, you will walk into a sitting area, kitchen and dining area. Down the hall is a shared bathroom between the first two bedrooms with queen-sized beds. Across from there is the master with a king-sized bed and a smaller private bathroom. Down the stairs is the main entertainment area with large sectional sofa. We just installed a beautiful, massive bathroom with a steam shower and stand alone tub. There is an additional room with a king-size bed and one with a twin over full bunk bed. Out the back door is a patio complete with outdoor furniture to enjoy crisp Colorado mornings and beautiful evenings, with gorgeous views. - Amenities include self check-in, assigned parking, multiple sitting and entertainment areas, a fully stocked kitchen, coffee and tea, WiFi, flat-screen TV with streaming services, board games and private patio. LIABILITY DISCLOSURE By renting the house, guests accept full responsibility for the property and all furniture/assets throughout your stay. Profiles with no reviews will require a professional reference. This home is professionally manage by a local company. We pay a housekeeper a living wage and the entire cleaning fee goes to them directly. They take care of everything meticulously to ensure the place is 5 star ready for each guest. We now allow approved animals with a non-refundable pet fee. Animals are not allowed on any of the furniture. We are not able to provide animal beds. Please pick up after your animal outside. Guests will be charged fee in the event we have to pick up after your animal or ruined bed linens.
