- Small events allowed (please check with host) - Although we are 420 friendly, we require all smoking to be done on the back patio. No exceptions. - Guest will be charged the full security deposit in the event any parties, unauthorized guests, unauthorized animals, smoking indoors, regardless of any damages. - Pets with non-refundable fee and pet agreement - We love our furry friends but we kindly ask that you do not allow any pets on beds or furniture. The cost of replacement or extra cleaning will be passed onto guests. This includes any other damages or excess cleaning costs.
