Welcome to our townhouse comfortably positioned in between Boulder & Denver. You get easy access to the airport, the Flatirons Mall, and the First Bank Center, lovely shops and restaurants in walking distance, and we are across the street from a large park.

Good to know

PLEASE ADVISE: This is a 30 day plus rental only. Our kitchen space opens to the living room and dining area giving a social ambiance to the main living space. It has excellent natural lighting and views. We are across the street form a large park with children's play area, a large grassy field and basketball court. Our balcony overlooks the park. Top floor hosts all 3 bedrooms, one has a private attached bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom. One room has a work space for remote workers. You will find the garage and laundry on the main level.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a town home with 3 levels so be prepared to climb stairs. We do not provide paper goods or consumables for your entire stay but have some for you until you can go to the store. This property is managed by a local professional company.
