Welcome to the Eller Empire. We are a family from Michigan who purchased this home in order to take our young family to Colorado more often to enjoy the great skiing and outdoors! We now share our home with your family! PLEASE NOTE: We had a issue with the neighbor second hand smoke coming through the vents which has since been resolved and we no longer have any musky smells in the unit. Cozy wood burning fireplace in the living area. Open the front door to enjoy all the natural beauty Colorado has to offer. You may see wildlife in the meadow or be visited by Mr. Fox. The perfect space for families or a cozy romantic getaway! The main floor offers a small space to hangout and enjoy the fireplace and board games. The large TV comes with any streaming services available. The pull out sofa can turn into a queen bed if needed. There is a half bath downstairs. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could need to prepare snacks and meals. There is a back door that leads to a small concrete patio area with seats to enjoy warmer days. Upstairs leads to the sleeping quarters. The first room has bunk beds and spacious closet. Let the kids enjoy their own space, complete with bean bags and TV (Xbox, DVDs and streaming services available). The full bath is located between the two rooms, across from the laundry. The main room can comfortably sleep two with a queen size bed. Warm up with the electric fireplace while watching a movie with provided TV complete with streaming services.
