Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Located on the second floor with tons of natural light. This is a 1 bedroom unit right in the heart of Capital Hill. Walking distance from anything you could need. It's east of downtown but close enough to feel like you are downtown. Grocery stores, dispensaries, restaurants, and bars, are just all blocks away!!

Good to know

A clean, bright, 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo all to yourself. Community patio with grill on main level. Coin-operated laundry on the lower level of building. Self check-in makes the process of arriving and leaving very easy. We have provided the necessary kitchen utensils and dishes to cook at the condo. Small window stoop to enjoy evenings or crisp mornings. This is a secured building with everyone who enters needing a key. Street parking available with restrictions and limitations. No pets allowed unless authorized. We do not provide paper goods or consumables for your entire stay but have some for you to get started until you can go to the store. Cookware and bed and bath linens are also provided.

Profiles with no reviews will require a professional reference. This home is professionally manage by a local company. We now allow pets with non-refundable pet fee and pet agreement. Please note pets are not allowed on any of the furniture. We do not provide pet bedding.

I had a wonderful stay at Samuel’s apartment! The hosts were responsive and helpful, any questions I had were answered within the hour. The apartment was clean and comfortable, perfect for working remotely. The location was unbeatable, with bus lines, coffee shops, and convenience stores within a few blocks. I didn’t have a car for my extended stay, and I never felt like it was a challenge to get around. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this spot to others!
