My friends and I loved staying here! The space was spotless, cozy, and centrally located. Unlike a lot of air bnb’s, Sam’s space has a lot of character and charm, while also feeling updated and fresh. We loved having a fire in the Vibes dome out back. Definitely will be staying here again!

We had a great time at Sam’s place! Everything went wonderfully and he was very responsive and helpful. My parents mentioned the main bedroom can get a little hot, but everything else was perfect, and we loved all the art! We would definitely stay here again!

Sam was extremely communicative and had tons of information about different things to check out in the area. The house was spotless, cozy, and having just a tiny back yard was perfect. Everything was exactly as described- I would return here any time visiting Denver.

A great combination of "old Denver" and modern upgrades. Friendly neighbors. Great walking area. Big living and dining room, large table. TV was great. Nice kitchen. I enjoyed my stay.

Sam’s home was amazing and has lots of amenities. Spent lots of time hanging out the backyard, luckily weather was amazing during our stay. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, laundry machine works. Close to downtown Denver and 30 minute drive to the mountains! Would definitely recommend for anyone if visiting the Denver!

I had the pleasure of staying with Sam and can I just say Amazing Host! Gave lots of great recommendation on things to do, along with quick responses when I had any questions. Place was in a great spot where you’re able to explore Downtown Denver or the surrounding areas without being to far. Will defiantly staying here again and recommend everyone does if they enjoy peacefulness and a comfy feel of a home.

Absolutely amazing! We cant wait to stay again! Loved the city and it was the perfect spot to explore it from. Very clean and welcoming environment with everything you need to have a perfect stay. This will for sure be our go-to spot in the future!

We loved our stay here and thank Sam so much for allowing us to stay in his beautiful home. There is plenty of street parking and easy entry once you arrive. The living room is neat a cozy with a few blankets and a smart tv, and there's also a beautiful kitchen with plenty of utensils, a coffee maker, and a wine cooler. Our favorite part of our stay was the outdoor patio and igloo. At night the igloo lights up and we loved using the firepit once it dark out. I cannot recommend this place enough! We'll be definitely returning.

Our first time in Denver and we could not have asked for a better host or place to stay. The house was beautiful and the backyard was so peaceful and relaxing. Sam was absolutely amazing, not only was he very responsive and helpful, he actually went above and beyond to provide a list of recommendations for places to visit and things to do! I would 10/10 recommend to anyone and will definitely be visiting again soon! Thanks for everything Sam!
