The place is great and the location is fantastic for ease of getting around town and walking to a handful of great restaurants. Due to it being “two units” it is best for groups of friends or traveling couples. Less ideal for a family with younger children who would want them a bit more “together”. For us, it was exactly what we needed and the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to stay at for an extended period and feel more like you were at home rather than staying in a rental.

Our stay was amazing! The house is even better than the pictures – very clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. The location was great, and our host was very attentive and helpful. We had a fantastic time, and we look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

It was the perfect place for a getaway with my partner. The backyard was amazing. Also very easy to get pretty much anywhere in Denver. I’d definitely book this place again.

We loved this place! We were in town for a wedding and brought a friend and 3 1/2 year old. There were so many restaurants within walking distance and it was so easy to get things ordered to the house in a pinch. The space was large and having both the upstairs was key. It was so homey and not a lot for the little one to get into. We would highly recommend staying here!

Ryan's place was so perfect for us. Our Grandson and wife live only 1 black away! Loved that stores and restaurants were just a walk away. Anyone staying at Ryan's needs to visit Lucille's Creole Restaurant, just one block away. Best Creole food ever! When we visit again, I hope Ryan's place is available.

Sam's place was awesome. It was clean and had all essentials needed for the stay. It was very private and a great area to get around town or into the mountains. I highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay at this home! Nice, quiet neighborhood in a great location. Walking distance to nice cafes, restaurants, etc and not far from downtown either. The home was nice and as-described. Great, large backyard was a nice touch. Would recommend!

Perfect stay in the Wheat Ridge area. Walkable to shops and restaurants on Tennyson street, close grocery stores, parks and activities. The duplex is on Sheridan but you couldn’t hear street noise when in the Unit. The listing was perfect and exactly as described (maybe even better?). Couldn’t have asked for more. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I had a wonderful stay at Sam’s home in Denver. I had the entire place to myself, and it felt very homely and cozy from the moment I walked in. The house is in a safe, walkable neighborhood with beautiful views, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. Sam was incredibly friendly, attentive, and very accommodating. Communication was smooth and he was always responsive whenever I needed anything. I truly appreciated the care he put into making sure my stay was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Denver!

We were steps from my daughter’s home so this was truly the prefect rental for us. The house was very comfortable with real privacy in the separate apartment upstairs for those who travel with another couple or adult kids (as we did). Beds were very comfy, home well equipped. It was a hot week but AC worked well. Wonderful place for a family gathering. Thank you.
