This was the perfect home away from home for us! The setup was clean, fun, and easy. Sam was super responsive and even provided his personal cell number which made it easier to reach him. My only regret was not staying longer!

We absolutely loved our stay here, and definitely hope to return in the future! The home has great character, it’s beautifully designed, and the backyard space is so fun and peaceful. The location of the house is also super convenient to everything we wanted to do on our vacation in Denver. 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect place to stay for our trip to Denver. The house was in a nice area that was walkable to a lot of restaurants. It was quiet and had plenty of street parking right in front of the house. The house itself was a great space to come back and relax in. We liked being able to make a few meals in the kitchen with the provided pots/pans/etc. The hosts provided clear instructions and great recommendations of things to do in the area. Would absolutely stay here again if we are back in Denver.

Sam was a fantastic host! He was always sure to respond accordingly and quickly. Absolutely no complaints here, the neighborhood is also absolutely beautiful with a great view of the distant mountains.! Had a fantastic stay definitely will be back.

Our group of 4 adults loved this place! Sam was a great host and everything was exactly as expected. The neighborhood was very peaceful and we loved the views and the unique touches in the home. We would definitely stay here again!

Sam’s home is located in a great area, convenient to shops, restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains from the front porch and the warmth of the fire pit in the backyard. The hot tub is definitely a plus after a long day of exploring. Sam was quick to respond with suggestions, recommendations and friendly to communicate with. If you’re looking for a place to stay in and around Denver don’t skip on Sam’s home, you’ll feel as if you never left yours!

5 stars!! A home away from home!! I felt extremely comfortable & safe!! Quiet residential neighborhood! Conveniently located to major highways, groceries & shops!! My fur baby took a day or two to get accustomed but was overall happy, especially with the backyard!! Im a frequent Colorado traveler so I will definitely consider staying here again!!
